Monsters of Midwest Tour suspends remainder of the 2014 schedule.

It is with our deepest regret we inform you that the Midwest Motorsports Marketing group has been forced to suspend its Monsters of the Midwest Tour for the remainder of the 2014 season. As some may know I (Bruce Dulgar) have accepted a job offer that makes a better life for my family and I. With the new job comes a new schedule. The new schedule presents multiple schedule conflicts with the 3 remaining shows. Though the new career was the biggest reason for this decision, it was not the only. Our family had no clue the stress that this was going to place on us. When the stress carried over into affecting our relationships with our children, it was time to make this call. It breaks my heart to pass this news along. I will work with the remaining facilities to offer as much support as I possibly can. I vow to keep working all I can with tracks, teams, and drivers to keep growing the sport that I love. Last, but not least, I want to thank EVERYONE who had a hand in making the Monsters of the Midwest Tour such a success. First my full time staff. Sarah, John, Big D, Dad, Merijha, Ryan, Cassie, Tom, Nick, Jeremy and all the other help that came from the local tracks. Next, all the facilities that opened their doors for us to put on our shows. Next, all the great sponsors. Liquid Nitro Energy Drink, Gabe Gerberding, Joe Warren, Billy Vandergriff, Chris Murphy, Tim Baker, Terry Young, Hoosier Tire, Champion, Afco, Bridgestone, Elliot Graphics, Chase Graphics, Bell Helmet, Papa Murphy’s Pizza, Alana Jones, and Unilli Tire. Next, all the teams, drivers, families, friends, and fans that supported us. Last but not least my wife. Through this whole crazy dream I was able to live out she held me together. She was the one who kept it all together, and the one who stuck by my side through it all. I met a lot of great people along the way and really look forward to what the future holds. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, until we meet again.
